These terms cover your use of the Collector browser extensions (Video Collector and Image Collector) and this website.

1. What the tools do

Collector extensions help you find and download media that a web page already exposes for playback or display, and process it locally on your device. They are general-purpose tools.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the tools. Download only content you own or are otherwise permitted to save, and comply with each website's Terms of Service and with applicable copyright and other laws. The extensions detect and refuse DRM-protected content and decline to download from a documented list of sites whose terms forbid it; you must not use the tools to attempt to circumvent these protections.

3. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Websites change constantly, so we cannot guarantee that any particular download will succeed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the tools.

4. Payments & refunds

Pro is an optional one-time purchase processed by ExtensionPay (Stripe). Pro includes a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. We never store your card details.

5. Privacy

We collect no personal or browsing data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
